Justworks Mobile Content Audit

My main project for Justworks was to conduct a thorough content audit of the mobile app.

Goal: To verify content on production and point out inconsistencies to facilitate conversations with the team to find a solution.

Actions I took to complete this project: I reevaluated existing content to ensure it made as much sense as it did on day one and made adjustments as needed. I took note of inconsistencies and where we broke style guide rules. Then, facilitated meetings about fixing the inconsistencies and rule breakers. We were able to have great conversations that resulted in the problem being fixed either on the spot or at the next meeting.

The team started and stopped the audit, this is what needed to be done. 

Result: All content on production was up to date. During the information gathering stage, I raised concern about the empty states I encountered and was invited to work on the empty states redesign. It also led me to find the biggest issue for the team and execute a creative solution. Ask me more about this!
